20131223:
 - fix bugs that dialog characters are not drawn correctly
   if -DPDA_AUTOSIZE, -DPDA_WIDTH or -DBPP16 options are specified
 - fix a bug that doesn't load saved data from the directory specified
   by savedir instruction on startup
