		Release 0.19.0 adds a bunch of documentation updates as well as:
		a 10 minute timeout for mbuffer since many systems are way slower than we expected
		a larger blocksize for mbuffer
		a system v init script
		an rpm spec file
		do not start if no backups/snaps are configured
		customized upstart and systemd startup files
