"The free NoteCase Outliner has been discontinued in 2008, in favor of a \ 
much advanced variant of the program called NoteCase Pro.

NoteCase Pro, albeit a commercial product, can be used for free with some \ 
limitations, but even the free mode of NoteCase Pro is much more advanced than \ 
the old NoteCase.
