swc: Update to 0.0.0.20200111

Changes:

- Restore keycode translation on exit on NetBSD to avoid input problems
  when returning to a tty. Temporary hack until we can do this all
  with wscons (hopefully?)
- Merged in some cleanups and fixes from upstream.
