Nicotine+ is a graphical client for the Soulseek peer-to-peer file
sharing network.

Nicotine+ aims to be a pleasant, Free and Open Source (FOSS)

py-gdbm: disable for Python 3.12

gdbm will not be a default dependency of the batteries-included Python
packages. Until srcdist.mk gets support for 3.12, there is no py-gdbm
package for Python 3.12.
