Log message: Mass-change BUILD_DEPENDS to TOOL_DEPENDS outside mk/. Almost all uses, if not all of them, are wrong, according to the semantics of BUILD_DEPENDS (packages built for target available for use _by_ tools at build-time) and TOOL_DEPEPNDS (packages built for host available for use _as_ tools at build-time). Log message: py-zipp: update to 1.2.0. v1.2.0 ====== #44: ``zipp.Path.open()`` now supports a compatible signature as ``pathlib.Path.open()``, accepting text (default) or binary modes and soliciting keyword parameters passed through to ``io.TextIOWrapper`` (encoding, newline, etc). The stream is opened in text-mode by default now. ``open`` no longer accepts ``pwd`` as a positional argument and does not accept the ``force_zip64`` parameter at all.
