  Remove local function pr_open and use it from libmaa library.
  So, now paexec requires libmaa.

  "mkcmake help" shows configuring variables and descriptions for
  targets.

  Use mkc's feature "getdelim" instead of local implementation.
  So, we need at least mk-configure 0.33.0

  Optimization flags defaults to "-O2 -g"
