Update to 2.0.1. Changes amusingly difficult to determine. pkgsrc changes:

* clean up DESCR and COMMENT
* set LICENSE
* add dependency on devel/rcs where needed
* support user-destdir installation
* don't invent a makefile, use the existing ones
* add a TODO
