Sudo is a program designed to allow a sysadmin to give limited root
privileges to users and log root activity. The basic philosophy is to
give as few privileges as possible but still allow people to get their
work done.

Add missing .mo files to PLIST

Since the last update, translations have been added but the additional files
have not been included into PLIST. The build failed in such a case:
PKG_OPTIONS.sudo= +nls
PKG_DEVELOPER= yes
