Update pkgin to version 0.9.3.  Changes:

 * Ensure we aren't copying overlapping memory regions.  Issue found by
   Matthias Ferdinand.

 * Free libarchive resources after use.

 * Various WARNS and build cleanups.

Tested on Linux (now builds on Ubuntu 12.04), OSX, SmartOS and NetBSD.
