Updated snd to 16.8. 7 years of changes, big picture overview below.

Updated options to match supported ones, removing the guile one.
Many more options could be handled:
ruby, forth, alsa, oss, jack, pulseaudio, gmp, ladspa
but are not right now.

The default extension language is now s7 (a scheme), included.
