Adjust DEPENDS and PLIST

py-ruamel-base is no longer needed and Python < 35 also needs py-typing.
Due the latter, requires.txt is installed also for the py34- version, adjust
PLIST accordingly.

Pointed out by <nils>'s bulk builds.
