mono6: help the next person to try the SunOS build.

Don't disable sgen after we enabled it in configure.ac
(I'm not sure the non-sgen non-boehm option is even supported).

Disable dtrace, needs a makefile fixup and is an optional thing, so
let's leave it for later.
