Mosh is a Remote terminal application that allows roaming, supports
intermittent connectivity, and provides intelligent local echo and
line editing of user keystrokes.

Mosh is a replacement for SSH. It's more robust and responsive,
especially over Wi-Fi, cellular, and long-distance links.

mosh: Update net/mosh to 1.3.2

pkgsrc changes:
 - Remove patches/patch-aa, no longer needed (config.h is now
   included and HAVE_DECL_BSWAP64 is now properly checked)
 - perl is needed in the test phase and at runtime, add it to USE_TOOLS
 - Remove no longer needed dependency to p5-IO-tty
 - Add support for the test target (and REPLACE_PERL test target scripts)

 * Platform support:
    * Explicitly enable binding to both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
