Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for wm category
Problems found with existing distfiles:
Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Remove xextproto/buildlink3.mk in most cases where it occurs with
libXext/buildlink3.mk, now that it is included there.
Leave the places where its API version is set or variables from it
are used directly (about 3 packages).

Drop PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT setting, "user-destdir" is default these days.

wm/lwm: Directly link libICE
The session.o object contains the IceProcessMessages symbol which wasn't
previously directly linked with libICE. This is another imake-based
package so libICE is now directly linked by all platforms.

I'm not using any of these any more, either. Some of these should probably
go away -- I have real doubts that a version 1.1 jdk and the accompanying
swing are any use to anyone, but am not sure the newer stuff we have
supports all ports which are supported by lang/jdk.
