   Update contao43 to 4.3.2, including fix for CVE-2016-10074.

   * Raise the minimum SwiftMailer version.
   * Remove some left-over settings labels.
   * Go back to using the stable channel of Composer now that version 1.3 has
    been released.
   * Reduce the filter menu width if preceded by the submit panel.
