Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on

Use BROKEN_EXCEPT_ON_PLATFORM for package requiring porting. This
depends on tunneling interfaces and such, so porting isn't entirely
trivial; but most remaining pkgsrc platforms are like one it already
supports.
