Log message:
New package devel/ocaml-lwt_camlp4, a camlp4 syntax module for ocaml-lwt.

This module is deprecated, but still needed as a dependency for some
packages that have not yet updated to PPX. I'll remove it once these are
updated and the package is no longer needed.
