Log message: python: egg.mk: add USE_PKG_RESOURCES flag This flag should be set for packages that import pkg_resources and thus need setuptools after the build step. Set this flag for packages that need it and bump PKGREVISION. |

Log message: py-watchdog: Temporarily disable fsevents on macOS. The python27 incompatibility from pyobjc creates huge problems as now every recursive dependency of this package would also need to manually handle this only on Darwin. That's too much work to fix for now when we just need bulk builds to not be broken. |
