Update PLIST

Log message:
hs-*: add PLIST files

These PLIST files have been autogenerated by mk/haskell.mk using
HS_UPDATE_PLIST=yes during a bulk build. They will help to track changes
to the packages. The Haskell packages didn't have PLIST files because
their paths contained package hashes. These hashes are now determined by
mk/haskell.mk, which makes it easy to generate easy to read PLIST files.

Log message:
Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for time category

Problems found with mismatching existing digests for:
	distfiles/asclock-classic-1.0.tar.gz
	distfiles/asclock-gtk-2.1.10beta.tar.gz
	distfiles/asclock-xlib-2.0.11.tar.gz
	distfiles/emiclock-2.0.2.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Log message:
Import timezone-series-0.1.3 as time/hs-timezone-series.

This package endows Data.Time, from the time package, with several data
types and functions for enhanced processing of timezones. For one way to
create timezone series, see the timezone-olson package.
