update to pkgrevision 2:
* mv files/smc-exec.sh files/smc
* remove files/preferences.ini (gets created automatically)
* no more 644 or 755 in ${PREFIX} area -- all stuff's done in user area
* achieved by an execution script (to be considered as workaround)
* use ${INSTALL_SCRIPT} (thanks to Jeremy)
* all stuff in the ${PREFIX} area is now deleted when deinstalling
* small fixes/other changes
