change the do-install target to use a file name based on DISTNAME, 
rather than being hard coded.. It'll make it easier for others to use 
this as a baseline for other squirrelmail plugins

Sieve script management plugin for SquirrelMail.  Allows the user to
edit sieve scripts for placement on the server. (sieve is a mail
processing language specified by RFC and provided as part of the Cyrus
Imap suite.)
