boehm-gc: add upstream commit for libtool version
In 7.6.2, upstream intentionally but badly-advised bumped their
library major version number. In 7.6.4, they'll undo that change.
Instead of bumping twice in pkgsrc, follow their lead and get the
change in now.

Fix indentation in buildlink3.mk files.
The actual fix as been done by "pkglint -F */*/buildlink3.mk", and was
reviewed manually.
There are some .include lines that still are indented with zero spaces
although the surrounding .if is indented. This is existing practice.

devel/boehm-gc: Fix functionality on DragonFly
Boehm-gc built on DragonFly, but it wasn't working properly. This is
one of the major reasons lang/guile20 doesn't build. Ths fix is proven
as it has been taken from DPorts.

Limit the Snow Leopard build fix to just Snow Leopard, it causes runtime
failures on newer releases, shown in 'make test' failures and reported in
PR#51511. Both 'make test' and lang/guile20 now work. Bump PKGREVISION.
