Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for time category

Problems found with mismatching existing digests for:
	distfiles/asclock-classic-1.0.tar.gz
	distfiles/asclock-gtk-2.1.10beta.tar.gz
	distfiles/asclock-xlib-2.0.11.tar.gz
	distfiles/emiclock-2.0.2.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Recursive PKGREVISION bump for all packages mentioning 'perl',
having a PKGNAME of p5-*, or depending such a package,
for perl-5.22.0.

Log message:
Import Test-Time-0.04 as time/p5-Test-Time.

Test::Time can be used to test modules that deal with time.
Once you use this module, all references to time and sleep
will be internalized.
