This version adds support for NetBSD/amd64 with bootxx_cd9660, because
grub does not work in 64bit mode, so I've disabled the USE_GNU_GRUB
and GRUB_FILES_DIR options if it's amd64.

Mechanically replaced man/* with ${PKGMANDIR}/* in the definition of
INSTALLATION_DIRS, as well as all occurrences of ${PREFIX}/man with
${PREFIX}/${PKGMANDIR}.

Fixes PR 35265, although I did not use the patch provided therein.
