- fixed width/height mix-up in glSeparableFilter2D()

- glReadPixels from a clipped front color buffer didn't always work

- Attempting queries/accesses of VBO 0 weren't detected as errors
- paletted textures failed if the palette had fewer that 256 entries

Remove pre-buildlink and post-buildlink as part of getting pkgsrc ready
for pkgsrc-2004Q4.  The "buildlink" phase was removed for the last branch,
and this is the final cleanup.  "post-buildlink" is now \ 
"post-wrapper".

Mesa has optimisations for SunPro so use them when SPARC_TARGET_ARCH
is set appropriately (sparcv7, sparcv8, sparcv9).

Log message:
Libtool fix for PR pkg/26633, and other issues.  Update libtool to 1.5.10
in the process.  (More information on tech-pkg.)

Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and
installing .la files.

Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above
via a buildlink3 include.
