Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

* For some reason some IM's contain an extra bit of information
that imcomm choked on, so certain incoming messages would not
be shown. I made tlv_split() in imcomm ignore the number of tlv's
the server tells us, and this fixed it.
