Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for converters category

Problems found with existing distfile:
	distfiles/libiconv-1.13-cp932.patch.gz
No changes made to the libiconv distinfo file.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

libgee now contains the most recent version of libgee, which follows
the 0.8 API. If in the future, that API changes, we can copy libgee
back to libgee0.8, and carry on updating libgee.

Import libkkc-0.3.3 as converters/libkkc.

libkkc provides a converter from Kana-string to
Kana-Kanji-mixed-string.  It was named after kkc.el in GNU Emacs, a
simple Kana Kanji converter, while libkkc tries to convert sentences
in a bit more complex way using N-gram language models.
