archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

available, the content is inspected (if possible) and used to determine which \ 
compression format applies.
This release drops Python 2.7 and 3.4 support. Python 3.5 or later is now required.
