libretro makefiles pass flags to the linker that aren't understood by
SunOS ld. Add BUILDLINK_TRANSFORMs to remove those flags.

compat61-x11, fmsx, osf1_lib, vice, xbeeb, xm7.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
