Log message: Mass-change BUILD_DEPENDS to TOOL_DEPENDS outside mk/. Almost all uses, if not all of them, are wrong, according to the semantics of BUILD_DEPENDS (packages built for target available for use _by_ tools at build-time) and TOOL_DEPEPNDS (packages built for host available for use _as_ tools at build-time). pkgtools/pkglint4: update to 4.193.2
Changes since 4.193.1:
Disabled unreliable check about possible typos in variable names. For
example, in pkgtools/url2pkg the variable TEST_DEPENDS was flagged even
though it is well-known.
Disabled unreliable check about unknown shell commands. For example, in
pkgtools/pkglint4 all commands from ${PREFIX} are ok, but were still
flagged.
