Import aegisub-3.2.2 as wip/aegisub.
Aborted try at packaging, but has the first few dependencies and works
around a configure problem on NetBSD, so I thought I'd add it anyway.

TODO:
Needs boost built with icu support.
pkgsrc default is no icu except on Solaris.

Aegisub is a free, cross-platform open source tool for creating
and modifying subtitles. Aegisub makes it quick and easy to time
subtitles to audio, and features many powerful tools for styling
them, including a built-in real-time video preview.
