Import libdrm. Needed for modular X.org xorg-server.

A library that provides a userspace interface to kernel DRM
services.  No X11 libraries are needed.

TODO:
What is DRM? Improve the DESCR.

Where is the homepage? Maybe http://dri.sf.net ??
