 2009-02-08: zyGrib Version 3.3.0

    * Fixed a bug in the calculation of the precipitation that was sometimes \ 
over-rated.
    * New data: risk of freezing rain, to make jealous those who live in the tropics.
    * Option 1 for duplicate registration of aggregated data (precipitation, \ 
clouds, ...).
      This avoids artificially to have given away for the first time in the series,
      but changes the interpretation: the data are accumulated during the 3h above
      date, except for zero or the date they are for the following 3h.
    * Large restructuring of the internal management of data soon to integrate the
      data in altitude. This may block the reading of grib files from other sources
      if they do not manage properly the concept layer (the standard is complex,
      and some providers grib files do not comply completely, unfortunately). A
      solution will be considered, but only for the providers correctly identified
      in their files.
