Log message: Bump the PKGREVISION for all packages which depend directly on perl, to trigger/signal a rebuild for the transition 5.10.1 -> 5.12.1. The list of packages is computed by finding all packages which end up having either of PERL5_USE_PACKLIST, BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.perl, or PERL5_PACKLIST defined in their make setup (tested via "make show-vars VARNAMES=..."), minus the packages updated after the perl package update. sno@ was right after all, obache@ kindly asked and he@ led the way. Log message: updated to 1.024 took maintainership ChangeLog: Version: 1.024 Sat Sep 24 21:56:42 CDT 2005 - Fixed a bug that probably only I would ever see - when running the "disttest" action, it was actually using the server configuration from the top-level distribution directory, not the dist-dir directory. - For some reason all the files in the tarball of 1.023 looks like they're read-only and non-executable, which causes lots of tests to fail (e.g. those trying to execute CGI-style scripts). I'm re-releasing what looks like correct permissions. [Spotted by Tom Kirkpatrick] Version: 1.023 Mon Jun 6 06:05:44 CDT 2005 - Fixed a testing bug under (certain versions of?) Mac OS X, in which none of the pages in t/real.t would generate any output. [Peter Farmer] |

Log message: Rename all PHP 4 packages to php4-*, all PHP 5 packages to php5-*, all PEAR packages to php?-pear-* and all Apache packages to ap13-* or ap2-* respectively. Add new variables to simplify the Makefile handling. Add CONFLICTS on the old names. Reset revisions of bumped packages. ap-php will now depend on the default Apache and PHP version. All programs using it have an implicit option of the Apache version as well. OK from jlam@ and adrianp@. |

Log message: Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no developer is officially maintaining the package. The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to \ "pkgsrc-users" is that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by submitting patches to the mailing list). Since the folks most likely to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't developers. |
