	o  add .bz2 support

	o  new -H flag to hide .* files in directory index mode
	o  fix buffer reallocation when parsing a request, to avoid
	   overflowing the buffer with carriage returns (\r)
	o  do not decode "%XY"-style cgi-bin data beyond the "?"
