Update to 4.3.2, update MASTER_SITES and HOMEPAGE.
Changes:
both.c - sgetline() - changes to fix SSL bug with the select,
        connect_to_nntphost() - add code to handle
        host:port syntax.   This fix also allows you to
        specify a port number for the local host.

suck.c - to handle SIGINT in addition to SIGTERM,
        build_command() fix in potential buffer overflow

testhost.c - added -Q option, to allow user to specify
        NNTP authentiation via env variables.
And other bug fixes.
