Update dvd+rw-tools to dvd+rw-tools-5.6.4.4.4

Mainly bugfixing and and extra command `dvd+rw-mediainfo' that regretfully
only gives information when its really a DVD+/-R{W} disc ... this can be
used to get more information about the booktype used etc.
