Update sylpheed to 0.9.3, main changes are:
    * The network I/O system has been rewritten to use non-blocking
      I/O, and the performance of POP3 and SMTP has been improved much.
    * '--status-full' option has been added, and '--status' option now
      takes arguments for folders.
    * Minor bugfixes have been made.
