Use bl3, update to 2.9.  Changes:
* Table detail map texture (cloth)
* Better mipmap settings for text objects
* Internal format for rendered reflection GL_RGB instead of GL_RGB16
* Fixed some restart-bugs (player parameters wouldnt be kept)
* Undo for training mode
