Log Message:
Get rid of the ridiculous distribution filename "incoming" by fetching
it as "xgalaga-2.0.34.tar.gz" from "${MASTER_SITE_LOCAL}". \ 
Now that the
project has been deleted on SourceForge the distribution file is likely
going to disappear from there, too.
