- Rename tabset.n and watch.n to avoid conflicts with x11/blt.
- Bl3ify.
   Tcl/Tk distfiles are not needed any more.  Installed header files are
   used instead.
- Enable pkgviews installation.

Bump PKGREVISION due to PLIST changes.
