Support building more options:

"long-usernames" allows usernames longer than allowed by the underlying
operating system.  This may be needed if you use DSPAM as a Postfix content
filter.

"spam-subject" prepends "[SPAM]" to the Subject: of messages \ 
classified as
spam.
