Bump BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.libexif in libexif/buildlink3.mk and
PKGREVISIONs of packages including it, because the recent update of
libexif changed the major version number of libexif.  Noted by dieter
and Jeremy C. Reed on tech-pkg@.
