Pkgsrc changes:
  - Removed patch-aa (in Long.pm) and the pre-configure target because our
    workaround for the problem on Solaris ("hostname --fqdn" changing the
    name of the machine) is no longer necessary.
  - Added SVR4_PKGNAME.
