-make this build with newer g++ (add a forward decl; for older compilers
 a "friend" decl seems to imply this)
-put hiscore files to a sane location
-update to 0.4pre10 - this is called "Debian/PPC fix" in the changelog,
 but there is obviously more cleanup and fixes
