Add another downlaod site.

Make this use PKGMANDIR.

      situations where showpage is redefined elsewhere.

      initial value to the pagenum counter.
    - Improved processing of "BeginDocument/EndDocument" directives
      resulting in much better handling of included EPS graphics.
      Should improve processing of dvips files a lot...
