- The default configure scripts end up encoding '${prefix}' (note quotes)
  at the start of /etc/pine.conf{,.fixed}. Use --with-system-pinerc and
  --with-system-fixed-pinerc to explicitly set them to ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}
