Add logic gleefully ripped from x11/Xaw3d/buildlink3.mk to make these
libraries work properly with xaw.buildlink3.mk.  That's better!

This was done so that X/Open Curses (pkgsrc-wip/pdcurses) could
have a chance of using these libraries. ;)
