Update to version 1.0.3.  Changes since 1.0.1:

  -  rgb version 1.0.3
  -  Include rgb(1) man page from Solaris
  -  rgb version 1.0.2
  -  Update showrgb man page to better match current implementation
  -  Fix build to work with --with-rgb-db-type={dbm,ndbm}
  -  Also remove #includes of unused headers & convert K&R to ANSI C
